This is my personal favorite. It is really great to see how the technology is progressing in the biomimetic field. We have so much to learn from nature. Before I built my submarine Faux Fish I did a lot of research on swimming robots and it is amazing to see how many more papers there are now on the subject. I will be building a human -powered jellyfish for my next project and hopefully will be able to add a little more to the knowledge bank in this field.

Hi! I saw your piture of the "quipu" when I seeked after it at google, and I am asking for your permission to publishing it in my book about code and cipher. I am a Swedish student at "Stjerneskolan" in Torsby and I am reading a course called "young enterprise", were you will start a business and produce goods. We will publish 50 books, not so much.
Grateful for a answer!

Really nice piece of writing!
The top foto is the Insurgent Clown Army, no overlap with the INB at all. Perhaps you wanted to include their picture an another example in similar spirit, but it looks like it's intended to be a pic of the INB, which it ain't.

thanks for the write up. you know, though, it's always funny to read these descriptions of our past work. while the habermas conventions are pretty dead on and a lot of us are quite 'learn-ed' those arguments rarely seemed to come about in the moments of crisis.

if anything, we were a lot more prone to take a deleuzian or bataille-like stance, i.e., "who's got the whiskey? where's my sake? i hate starbucks!! let's get 'em! hey, did you grab my smokes..."

which, in my mind, is a far more profitable form of revolution. spontaneous and wild, anarchic and childish. you're not going to get caught and mind-wiped if they can't ever figure out how you make your (non)plans.

the only way i've ever found to put any of those philosophical fragments into practice is to absorb them somatically and pray that they surface in that split second of reaction v.s. decision making time that seems to underscore the concept of free will and even our notions of Desire. if you know what i mean.

but thanks for writing about us!
it's always grand to keep finding more allies!
